The cuisine of Chef Francesco Germani… here at the Chalet for a new gastronomic experience.

Already known for important experiences with great entrepreneurs both in Italy and abroad (Saint Moritz, Ibiza, Montecarlo and Cairo) and collaborations with Stellati of the caliber of Pietro Leeman and Enrico Bartolini, he leads a brigade composed of 10 elements, proposing a new contemporary cuisine, captivating and linked to the territory.

At the center of the menu is the exaltation of local flavors with extreme care and refinement of raw materials: from our smoked cured meats to mountain pine and juniper wood to rennet apples cooked in mountain hay.

In our wine list, you will find a wide selection of fine wines. In Trentino different climates and soils combine to create exceptional, precious and inimitable wines.

In addition to a careful selection of labels from our area, we offer a discreet national selection: from Chianti Classico to the elegant Sauvignon.
